This is a real working estancia that has been in the same family for four generations. The gauchos you meet work here every day. We simply invite visitors to share in their daily life and traditions authentically.
Asado is the traditional Patagonian barbecue, slow-cooked over open fire. You'll enjoy premium beef and lamb, chorizo, empanadas, fresh salads, and local wine. Vegetarian options available with advance notice.
A short introductory horseback ride (about 30 minutes) is included. If you'd like an extended ride, we can arrange our Valley Horseback Ride for an additional fee.
